1. Where can I place my order?

We are currently only taking orders through our website using the Order Form. When placing an order on the Order Form please be as specific as possible in what you are looking for and wanting Sugar Attic't to create. 

2. How will I know how much to pay?

Pricing will be based upon your selections through the Order Form. Once you have submitted your order through the Order Form, Sugar Attic't will be in touch with you within 48 hours. Sugar Attic't will send you an Order Confirmation with the specifics of your order and with the price. 

3. How soon should I place my order?

As soon as possible but at most, at least 7 business days before your celebration and/or event. In the event that you place your order with a window of less than 7 business days, Sugar Attic’t will charge a rush fee which will be determined based upon complexity of your order along with rush time.

4. What is the turnaround time to receive my order or delivery?

Sugar Attic't will prepare your order or delivery 1 week after the initial Order Form has been placed. We can't stress this enough-the earlier you place your order, the better, especially during holiday seasons. If you are looking for something very specific or unique, Sugar Attic't may need more lead time to locate your items or candy. 

**Holiday items need be placed TWO weeks prior to the holiday to ensure on time delivery or shipping.**

5. What if you don't have the specific candy, candy board, or jar I am looking for? 

Sugar Attic't will do our best to find exactly what you are looking for and may need more lead time in getting your order prepared. Unfortunately, product availability may be out of our control and we will work with you to substitute that specific candy or item. When quantities are limited, we will let you know.

6. What size candy board should I order?

If ordering for a birthday party, we always say if you are ordering this in addition to cake/ice cream/cupcakes- size down your candy board. If you are only having a candy board at your celebration or event then please go by the following guidelines:

Mini (6x6) feeds up to 8 people.

Small (9x9) feeds up to 15 people.

Medium (9x12) feeds up to 25 people.

Large (12x12) feeds up to 40 people. 

7. How do I pay?

Sugar Attic't accepts cash, check, or Venmo . ** We will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of your order following the initial consultation if you want to move forward with your order. Your order will not be secure until Sugar Attic't 

receives the 50% deposit. ** 

8. Do you deliver?

Sugar Attic't will deliver free of charge within the Northern Westchester area. If you are below or above this area, Sugar Attic't will charge an additional delivery fee based on mileage. Sugar Attic't also offers shipping anywhere within the US but the shipping must be paid by the customer!

9. What if I want a grazing table of candy or a candy board larger than a 12x12?

A candy grazing table or XL Candy Board would be consider a custom orders but certainly can be created for your special day and/or event. Please place an order with specifics on what you are looking for through the Order Form or you may also email us at sugarattict@gmail.com.
